• All rubbish will remain the property of the above address until legally disposed of.
• *Bin cubic meterage is an approximation
• Unless stated otherwise, standard bin hire is 7 days. Any additional days incur a $30 a day charge.
• Payment is to be made at time of delivery. If the purchased bin is not ready at time of collection, or if full payment is not made a $80 delivery fee will be charged.

• Bins must NOT be filled above the rim.
• It is at the drivers discretion to charge for overfilled bins or bins filled with inappropriate material.
• The driver’s responsibility will cease at the kerbside of the address stated. If he or she is asked to enter onto private property, the property owner shall provide safe and adequate access and notwithstanding will pay for any damage or cost the may result.
• If you would like to cancel your bin order before the delivery date, please call our office on 0460 005 002  to discuss refund.
• If you would like to cancel your bin on or after delivery day, please call our office on  0460 005 002 – There is a non-negotiable $80 delivery fee which will be deducted from your credit card or preferred payment, and the remainder will be refunded to your assigned credit card for initial payment.
• INCORRECT WASTE LOADED INTO YOUR BIN WILL RESULT IN YOUR BIN NOT BEING COLLECTED  AND  A FEE OF $500 WILL APPLY.
• Absolutely no hazardous waste is to go in any of the bins, whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to explosive materials, flammable materials, biological material, nuclear material, etc
• Your order is subject to our availability if you place an order and in the unfortunate and rare circumstance that we cannot deliver it on time, we will be in touch with you to organise a refund or reschedule
• Just Chuck It are not liable for any fine issued by your council; if a fine is received it will be payable by the customer. Please be aware that most councils will issue a fine if a skip bin is placed on the road or nature strip. We recommend the bin is placed on the driveway, front lawn or backyard.
